REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted to students who withdraw from courses .By enrolling in a course at students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Window

Students may request a refund within 3 days from the date of enrollment .After this period, no refunds will be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

Registration Fee: 20% of amount
Administrative Fee: 10% 

3. Proportional Refunds

If a student withdraws within the Refund Window, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Withdrawal before the first class50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
Withdrawal after attending 10% classes or accessing 20%of course content 30%of the tuition fee will be refunded.
No refund will be provided after attending more than 50%classes .

4. Attendance Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, students must have attended at least 5% of the classes held during the Refund Window. Absences must be documented with a valid excuse (e.g., medical certificate).

5. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ghelp suratgarh by mail.The request must include:

Student's full name and contact information
Course name and enrollment date
Detailed explanation of the reason for withdrawal
Supporting documentation (if applicable)

6. Required Documentation

Students may be required to provide supporting documentation to substantiate their refund request. Examples of acceptable documentation include:

Medical certificate from a licensed physician
Proof of relocation (e.g., new lease agreement, utility bill)
Official documentation of unforeseen circumstances

7. Transfer Option

As an alternative to a refund, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another course or a future session, subject to availability and any applicable transfer fees.

8. No Refund for Dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be granted solely based on dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching style, or learning outcomes. We encourage students to address any concerns with the instructor or administration to find a suitable resolution.

9. Institute Discretion

Institute reserves the right to deny a refund request if the student:

Violates the institute's policies or code of conduct
Engages in disruptive or unethical behavior
Provides false or misleading information

10. Policy Accessibility

This Refund Policy is available on our website. Students will be required to acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy before enrollment.
11. No refund will be issued if course is purchased in any offer price or installments
